The Emerald Isle Business Association has been in existence since the 1970's. The primary purpose of the Association is:

☆ to promote and advertise Emerald Isle as a family-oriented resort area;

☆ effect a close relationship with those businesses that are members and to inform and instruct members;

☆ maintains a close working relationship with Town of Emerald Isle, Crystal Coast Tourism Authority; the Carteret County Economic Development Council; and the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce;

☆ support local events and projects which enhances the quality of life for residents and visitors.
